As part of the efforts to improve service delivery and centralize its offices in Accra, the Lands Commission has embarked on the Construction of a Seven (7) Storey Office Complex Building with ancillary facilities, located in the heart of Accra, off the 37 Military Hospital Road and directly opposite the Hospital on the East wing. This project when completed will enhance the operations of the commission as well as the integration of their Head Office operations as the growing demand of client service delivery increases. 

ADK Consortium has been engaged as the Technical Consultant by Lands Commission to offer Design Support, Design Reviews and Construction Supervision of this project. ADK Consortium is working with Northsore Limited as the Project Developers and M/S CNQC as the Main Contractors for the project.

The project scope for the seven(7) storey office complex comprises of various offices and units, a basement for document storage, a gate house, parking spaces, fence wall, Infrastructural services (Plumbing, air conditioning, electrical, mechanical, firefighting and ICT), installation and associated landscape works (external works).

This project will be completed this year with all the modern facilities of a decent and well-equipped office complex ready to improve the efficiency and functions of Lands Commission.
