Management Team

ADK Consortium’s success was built on proactive communication and trusted relationships. Below are brief descriptions of our Management team who are the best people for the job.

Ing. Dr. Michael Krakue, BSc., FGhIE, M.ASCE - Executive Chairman


The Management Team is headed by Ing. Dr. Michael Krakue who is the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors for ADK Consortium, a conglomeration of Consulting Firms involved in Quantity surveying, Architecture, Civil and Services Engineering. He is also the Managing Partner of K & H Consult Ltd, a private Consultancy Firm involved in Civil and Structural Engineering works. He holds an Honourary Doctorate from the Swiss School of Business Management, Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the Middlesex University in London, United Kingdom, Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE) and an elected member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (M.ASCE).

 

Ing. Dr. Krakue for the past three decades has undertaken various structural and civil engineering works both in Ghana, United Kingdom & the United States of America.

 

He was the Project Co-ordinator for the Conversion of the State House Tower Block to Offices for Members of Ghana’s Parliament, popularly known as JOB 600, one of the magnificent edifices on the Accra skyline, which was successfully completed & commissioned in 2015. He is also involved in the 3Ks’ Project which involves the rehabilitation and expansion of the water supply systems for Kwahu, Kumawu and Konongo Communities.

 

He has gained vast professional experience in Civil Engineering and Project Management from the handling of various critical and challenging projects. Through Ing. Michael Krakue’s drive, vision and tenacity, he has developed ADK Consortium into a major international force in the Engineering Industry. He is known at ADK as a dedicated leader – one who moves, touches and inspires others – in all his interactions.

 

Today, ADK stands tall as one of the preeminent Engineering Management Consulting Firms specializing in Infrastructure Development and contributing to the development of our Nation, Ghana.

Mr. Emmanuel Asare-Boafo, PhD, MGhIE


Dr. Emmanuel Asare-Boafo holds a doctorate in Global Development Science with specialization in Regional Environment Science from the Kobe University in Japan. Prior to this, he obtained a Bachelor degree (Second Class Upper Division) from University of Science and Technology and a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from Kobe University, Japan. 

 

Dr. Asare-Boafo has worked as a civil engineer with a number of local and foreign institutions for several years. He has reasonable knowledge and experience in the design and supervision of developmental projects in both rural and urban environments. He is computer literate with considerable working knowledge in FORTRAN programming. He is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers (MGhIE).

Ing. Seth Attram-Danso. Bsc., PMP, MGhIE


Ing. Seth Attram-Danso holds a BSc. in Civil Engineering from KNUST, Kumasi- Ghana and is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers. He is also a certified Project Management Professional of the Project Management Institution of Pennsylvania, U.S.A and hence employs the use of project management principles in his practice.

 

Seth Attram-Danso joined ADK Consortium as a Structural Engineer in 2002 and has nearly nine years of experience in Analysis and Detailed Design, AutoCAD Drafting, Provision of Working Drawings, Construction Supervision of Structural and Road Work as well as Proposal Writing. He is currently the Structural Engineer on the Conversion of the State House Tower Block into Parliamentary Offices and the Kempiski Gold Coast Hotel.

Arc. Alex Peprah Nuamah, Bsc., PGDip, AGIA


Mr. Alex Peprah Nuamah, is an architect with over forty years working experience in the building industry. He has been a Director of the Consortium since 2010.

 

He has been involved in providing project development and management expertise, project evaluation, architectural designs and supervision of architectural construction works in public, industrial, commercial, religious, residential estates and allied environmental development projects. 

 

He has undertaken general architectural services offering the full normal range of services from pre-feasibility and evaluation studies through preliminary and detailed designs, supervision of construction works and project management.

 

He was the Architect in Charge of designs for the Asanwinso, Sefwi Health Centre. He was also the Architect in charge of supervision of construction works for the Upgrading of Teacher Training Colleges in Greater Accra and Eastern Regions, Construction of Library, Science and Classroom Blocks, Guest Houses (2 No.) for Ghana Cocoa Board at Sefwi Wiawso. He is currently the Project Architect for the 5-Star Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel (Former Race Course), Accra and other notable Projects.
