Quality Management standard is a key element in all our activities. The Quality Management System (ISO 9001) defines what an organization does to ensure that their services satisfy clients’ quality requirements and comply with all regulations applicable to those services.
Principles
- Our Quality Management System is structured in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 requirements to ensure monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement, and customer focus.
- ADK Consortium has implemented management systems to ensure continual identification and assessment of nonconforming quality impacts in order to implement measures to mitigate or control these elements.
- ADK Consortium has established ongoing communication and training programs to increase individual awareness levels towards Quality responsibilities and accountabilities.
