The construction of an Office Complex for Toyota Ghana Company Limited situated at the Tema Motorway is a modern facility designed to meet the growing needs of customers of the brand and to entrench the company's name as one of the foremost automobile outlets in the capital of Accra.
The project comprises of a 3-storey Administrative Block, a Service Workshop, Staff facilities and other ancillary facilities.
This facility has a total floor area of about 4,400 square metres for both the Administrative block and the Technical block. The facility has a double volume workshop covering an area of 2600 square metres.
The number of parking lots for the facility has a capacity for about 270 vehicles.
Other supporting facilities include the Washing bay, Generator and Transformer House, Security posts, and Refuse areas.
