ADK Consortium acted as the local consultant for the construction of this five-star hotel as part of the Gold Coast City Project on the Old Race Course in Accra. The 269-room hotel has two presidential suites, a 1,000 capacity banquet facility and state-of-the-art meeting rooms.
Other facilities include a lobby café, cocktail bar and a 3000sqm Resense Spa with 10 treatment rooms, a hair & beauty salon, health club, yoga studio, outdoor pool and two tennis courts, three specialty restaurants and an underground parking lot of 400 cars capacity.
