Renovation oF UNDP Flats
We have undertaken the pre-contract activities for this project which involves the rehabilitation of existing block of flats and the construction of two additional blocks.
The first phase of the UNDP flats project is the construction of three floors – six flats which started in November 2011. This project is aimed at ensuring that government provides high class accommodation and environment for Ghanaian’s working with the United Nations.
